Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Director General (DG) Kinza Murtaza said the Resilient Environment and Municipal Services Development (DREAMS) project is a key initiative that would help improve the system of water supply to the city of Rawalpindi.

“The overall scope of the DREAMS project involves the treatment and supply of 14.5 million gallons per day (mgd) of water from Chahan Dam to Rawalpindi city.
