Discover.swiss offers additional services for the digital customer journey

As part of the 4. Discover.swiss Digital Competence Circle, 100 research projects and digital projects are being studied. Experts present use cases, KI solutions, onward travel and the potential of E-ID.

On November 15, the Verein Discover.swiss is invited to the 4th day of the “Digital Competence Circle” (DCC). Under the motto Voneinander lernen – gemeinsam weiterkommen standen konkrete Umsetzungen, Projects and Lösungsansätze zu Herausforderungen im Bereich a new “digital guest route” optimized in the center. Janine Bunte, President of Discover.swiss Companies, listens to his advice on digitalization in tourism and meeting his expectations regarding digitalization. “Nur ein wachsendes Netzwerk, vernetztes Denken and eine koordinierte Zusammenarbeit hilft, die zukünftigen Herausforderungen proaktiv anzugehen,” Bunte says.

The Zukunft des Reisens: References and use cases
Roland Zeller, start-up investor and pioneer of online tourism, speaks as an entrepreneur to the management of the Travel Foundation. Pascal Schwager, Head of Digital Products and Services at Zürich Tourismus, leads the design of digital interaction and visitor experience management. The potential of E-ID

It focuses on authentication procedures, as well as travel possibilities for tourism through the integration of E-ID and other adaptation options for Discover.swiss.

“The E-ID is the result of potential, a development project and a digital transformation project within tourism,” Rauschenbach said. Anschliessend ging es für die Teilnehmenden zum Apéro. (mm)
