As milder/humid air lifts Wednesday evening, scattered showers will develop late. Our low temperatures will occur around midnight in the upper 50s, then temperatures will slowly increase to the 60s early in the morning. A warmer area will attempt to establish itself early in the morning Thursday and this will be the area to watch for possible severe storms, particularly to the south and west. The most serious risk is early in the morning; however, by mid-morning we will already see more stable air moving into the northwest areas. Expect temperatures to drop further from west to east on Thursday, with lows in the mid-30s Friday morning.
