A look at Melania Trump’s healthy eating and her desire to improve Donald Trump’s eating habits

Melania Trump is a former model and someone who probably pays attention to the food she eats and she activity levels. A newly resurfaced video shows a glimpse of some of her regular meals, including some of her favorite treats that she eats on the weekends and whenever she feels like it.

A 2019 report takes a look at Melania’s breakfast, snacks and favorite restaurants.

The report was shared by Inside Edition and was originally published in 2019. The clip shows a glimpse of her daily menu, showing some of the bread and butter of Melania’s nutrition.

According to the media, Melania eats the same breakfast every day: a smoothie made with blueberries, carrots, spinach, fat-free yogurt and apple juice. She also makes it a priority to eat at least seven fruits a day, prioritizing her favorites, apples and peaches.

Her diet also leaves room for sweets and treats, including dark chocolate and ice cream, although she is careful about the portions she eats. The report also shows some of his favorite restaurants in New York, including those located at the Trump International Hotel on the Upper West Side. She particularly has a weakness for the Jean-Georges restaurant, as she is said to be a fan of the restaurant’s chicken parmesan.

Melania’s desire to help Donald Trump eat better

A new report claims that Melania hooked up with Robert F. Kennedy to watch Donald Trump’s diet and do their best to improve it.

“RFK Jr. and Melania unite against the president-elect to eat healthier,” a source close to Page six. “Think less Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean proteins, salads and vegetables to get energy and improve one’s overall well-being.”

RFK was a key figure in Trump’s presidential campaign and is his choice to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. Under his initial proposals, he will oppose processed foods and hopes to ban them from school meals.

In Melania’s case, she cooks more often and thus hopes that Trump will eat healthier meals. “Melania has sometimes cooked family dinners at Trump Tower for the president and their son, Barron,” the source said.

“She also encourages him to make healthier choices.”
