FIRST ALERT | Light frost and widespread frost early Sunday morning

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Mostly sunny skies today with afternoon highs in the upper 50s and N/NE winds 6 to 12 mph. Temperatures overnight through Sunday morning will dip into the upper 20s to low 30s. A Freeze Warning will be in place for most of Big Bend and South Georgia (minus the immediate coast). Frosts are likely early Sunday morning. Take precautions to protect your people, pets, plants, and exposed pipes (if yours freeze easily, tonight is a good night to run them).

Sunday will be mostly sunny with afternoon high temperatures in the lower 60s. Overnight temperatures will be just around or below this freezing point through Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday will bring sunny skies with high temperatures near 60 in the afternoon. Temperatures will warm up a bit Thursday and Friday with some clouds and humidity returning to the area.
