“A car accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake,” she said. “I was there when it happened.”

The car crashed into the wall of Haven on Earth Bakery in south Reno, where Jones operated his business. Coffee on the rise for people. The crash made the process of developing this business very difficult.

“We’re still actively recovering from it,” she said of the accident. To think they almost went bankrupt because of this.

However, thanks to a crowdfunding campaignJones says they managed to secure enough funding to leave Haven on Earth and move to Vesta St in the city centre.

“There is new development at Marriott properties,” she said. “We’re right below.”

Jones says they’re far from a regular coffee shop

“We source vertically from small family farms,” she explained. “They do it all by hand. This is above all what sets us apart, because they source their products directly from the farm.

Jones says the goal is to be up and running in the city center by January.
