Drivers will be able to park for free in four Nottinghamshire towns over the festive period.

Broxtowe Borough Council said the offer was available for three weeks at its town center car parks in Beeston, Eastwood, Kimberley and Stapleford.

This will begin Monday and will continue until Saturday December 28, 2024, the municipality said.

However, this does not include Technology Road and Station Road car parks and all other restrictions apply.

Motorists are advised to follow the fares advice for further details, the council added.

The move is part of an attempt to support local businesses and give people the opportunity to enjoy a day out with their loved ones.
