Edmonton dog owner appeals for dog treats

Edmonton woman asks cheaters to come to her house for her dog.

Baxter, Lisa Stockdale’s dog, loves greeting children.

Last year she only received around 15 treats on her street in Holyrood.

Stockdale says Baxter has been having some health issues this year and she wanted this Halloween to be extra special for him, so she used social media to encourage children in the community to stop by.

“He absolutely loves, loves everyone and loves meeting new people and if someone comes to the house he thinks they should be there to see them,” she told CTV News Edmonton on Wednesday.

Stockdale stocked up on extra Halloween candy in anticipation of more kids.

She says Baxter’s favorite Halloween treat is liver sticks.
