Boston Mayor and MassDOT disagree on infrastructure safety after tunnel flooding

After a torrent of floodwaters overwhelmed the Ted Williams Tunnel during heavy rains in Massachusetts on Wednesday, state officials responded the next day to concerns about infrastructure safety.
