MINSK, October 31. /TASS/. The resolution of the Ukrainian crisis must be based on justice, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at the plenary session of the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.

“Justice must win. Only when the conditions guaranteeing justice, especially for those whose ancestors lived and developed these lands for centuries, are clear can we begin to properly conceptualize the resolution of this crisis” , said Russia’s top diplomat.
