Calgary, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – December 18, 2024) – Bengal Energy Ltd. (TSX:BNG) (“Bengal“or the”Business“) announces that the Company has changed its auditor from KPMG LLP (“KPMG“) to MNP srl (“MNP“) from December 16, 2024.

At the request of the Company, KPMG resigned from its position as statutory auditor of the Company effective December 16, 2024 (the “Resignation date“). MNP has been appointed as auditor of the Company effective December 16, 2024, to fill the vacancy from the Resignation Date until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company.

In accordance with national standard 51-102 – Continuous information obligationsthe notice of change of auditor, along with the required letters from KPMG and MNP, have been reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Company and filed on SEDAR+.
