Rosie will meet you before the rental begins (if you’re based locally) so you can go through your home in depth, any quirks or tips and tricks we should be aware of, but also just put a face to the name so that you know who will take care of your property. This will continue until the start of the tenancy where Rosie will personally welcome the tenants and communicate everything that has been discussed to enable a smooth start.

Additionally, we have a hands-on approach throughout the rental and will always try to self-diagnose a problem to keep your costs down, as the vast majority of reported issues can be corrected without a visit from a contractor. Our contractors are sourced locally and with our strong relationships, this means we get quick and efficient responses seven days a week, further limiting your costs by preventing problems from escalating. Our regular mid-term inspections allow us to report back to you on quality and condition, ultimately enabling us to maintain high standards.
