    Jaguars HC Doug Pederson Slams Not Finishing Games

    The Jaguars didn’t have the season they envisioned. At 3-12, they’re looking at another top draft pick. Injuries played a major role in the season. But they always look to finish strong. The Jaguars are coming off another one score loss in Week 16. They will look to bounce back at home in Week 17 against their AFC South rival, the Tennessee Titans.

    The Jaguars have struggled to close out games throughout the season. They have suffered nine losses this season, which were one-possession games. They say that good teams find ways to win these games, and bad teams find ways to lose games by one score.

    “I’m sure there are,” said Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson. “I’m sure when a bad play or a penalty happens and it sets you back a little bit, I think there’s maybe a little bit – where we are in our season, I’m sure that it creeps in. Guys are human. They They’re going to feel that emotion. But it’s the mental toughness and the determination. And the guys show it, and they showed it, but we. haven’t been able to overcome some of the. reverse.

    Pederson also wants to finish strong as he will be on the warm seat once the season is over. Pederson wants to stay in Jacksonville, but he’ll face an uphill battle if the team doesn’t show any fighting spirit in the final two weeks of the season.
