What caused Tabitha Gatwiri’s death?

On Saturday, November 2, fellow content creator Naomi Kuria shared a statement showing the results.

According to the press release, the autopsy was carried out at Kenyatta University Funeral home in the presence of his family.

Pathologists established that Gatwiri died of asphyxiation.

“She died of positional asphyxia with cerebral edema,” the report said.

The statement further said that more tests would be carried out to determine whether Gatwiri had been poisoned.

“A complete toxicology will rule out possible poisoning or intoxication.”

They also announced that burial plans were underway and a funeral date would be announced.

In other news, Post-mortem results of Lucy Wambui were released.

Wambui died days after undergoing a liposuction procedure at Body By Design.

The autopsy of the 45-year-old man was carried out by three pathologists.

The report shows that Wambui developed chest pain and difficulty breathing on the second day after the abdominal fat liposuction procedure.

The autopsy revealed signs of liposuction and the cause of death was determined to be cardiorespiratory failure. The pathologist recommended investigations into the death.

The government announced that it had close the installation pending an investigation into his death.
