Sketch released of man wanted in Brampton sexual assault case

A man is being hunted by police after a woman was sexually assaulted in Brampton last summer.

On the morning of June 13, a woman in her 60s was in the area of ​​Courtleigh Square and Reynier Drive when an unknown assailant attacked her.

Shortly after the incident, the suspect fled. Police say the victim did not suffer any physical injuries.

Peel Regional Police said in a news release Saturday that they are asking for the public’s help in locating the man they believe is responsible for the violent incident.

Investigators describe the man as being of Southeast Asian descent, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 30 to 40 years old.

He has a stocky build and straight hair that reaches down to his ears. He was last seen wearing a chocolate brown T-shirt and dark navy blue work pants.

Investigators have published a sketch of the suspect.
