Trump Ally Laura Loomer Sparks Infighting With RFK Jr. Attack

Laura Loomer

Laura Loomer, the far-right conspiracy theorist and close ally of the former president Donald Trumpignited a firestorm of anger in the MAGA world this weekend when she accused Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to scam Trump supporters.

Loomer, whose messages and “investigations» are regularly shared by Trump himself, announced Sunday on X, formerly Twitter, “FUNDRAISING SCAM ALERT”. She added:

None of this money raised by @RobertKennedyJr is going to Donald Trump’s campaign as RFK Jr claimed below.

The fine print on the donation landing page indicates that the money raised will be used to pay off RFK JR’s campaign debts from the Democratic Primary…

Hey @RobertKennedyJr, if you are an official Trump surrogate, why are you raising money on a separate platform that is not affiliated with Trump? And why are you lying and saying that this money will benefit Trump when it clearly states that it will be used to pay off your campaign debt following the Democratic primary in which you attacked Trump?

This is called deceptive fundraising. You’re trying to exploit MAGA.

This money is not going to Trump.

This is not a Trump fundraising link.

What is going on here?

Loomer attached his message to Kennedy’s latest clip seeking donations, in which he said: “Every dollar you contribute will continue to build momentum to bring President Trump back to the White House.” »

Loomer sparked a swift backlash, even from one of his closest allies in the Trump universe, Roger Stone.

“That’s not true. The RFK campaign just released one of the best pro-Trump ads of the year and a friend in Wisconsin who is an RFK supporter told me he got a call today from the RFK campaign urging him to vote for TRUMP,” Stone responded to Loomer. Kennedy supported Trump after dropping out of the race in September and both promised Kennedy will play an active role in “making America healthy again,” despite Kennedy’s long history of promote wild conspiracy theories and anti-vaccine claims.

Loomer hit back at Stone and wrote: “The fine print clearly states that the money will pay off his debt to the Democratic Party. This doesn’t go into Trump’s campaign account. My message is correct. It’s not personal. This shows people where their money is going so they know what they are donating to. It’s the ethical thing to do.

“You are wrong. You have no fundamental understanding of federal election law, which is why you lost two congressional campaigns. Maybe you should spend your time not attacking people who are on the same side as you 2 days before the election #amatuer,” Stone responded to Loomer. Stone is a longtime friend of Loomer, whom he supported during his two failed attempts at Congress in Florida.

Loomer then doubled his bet and wrote“Wow, RFK Jr’s fundraising scam is even worse. He says he’s raising money to bring Trump back to the White House… Not only is the money not going to Trump but instead going to pay off the debt from RFK Jr’s DEMOCRAT presidential campaign, but donations of over $6,600 go to the “Kennedy Victory Fund” which funnels money to the Libertarian Party to support its presidential candidate…who is NOT Donald Trump .

Reactions to Loomer’s posts on the subject turned vicious as Trump supporters called deeming her “toxic” and accused her of trying to sabotage Trump days before the election. Loomer has long been a highly controversial figure on the far right and has pushed conspiracy theories denying everything from school shootings to suggesting Nikki Haley checked the weather ahead of the Iowa caucuses.

Trump praised Loomer during his Iowa caucus victory speech in January, calling her a “very important person” and “fantastic.” Trump met with Loomer at his Bedminster country club over the summer and praised the work she does on his behalf and even reportedly tried to hire her as a campaign staffer before an internal revolt. Trump then sparked an uproar by putting Loomer on his plane while attending the 9/11 memorials this year, an event Loomer organized. suggested was a false flag attack carried out by the US government.
