Bo Nix had a classy message for Lamar Jackson after the Broncos’ loss to the Ravens

Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix had a brutal game Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens, but it was probably a day he’ll never forget because it was the first time he was able to face Lamar Jackson and seeing his greatness in person.

Jackson and the Ravens earned a 41-10 victory over Nix and the Broncos. The two-time NFL MVP totaled 280 passing yards with 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. Nix, meanwhile, threw for 233 yards with one interception and no touchdowns.

After the game, Nix praised what it was like to share the court with Jackson.

“He’s a phenomenal player,” Nix said. “He throws the ball really well. He used multiple arm angles, which is really good. It’s hard to do what he does consistently. He missed a few practices this week and he came out and had looking very sharp. Props to him He’s a He’s a phenomenal player and that’s why he gets all the accolades he gets I got to see him briefly after the game and that’s. just a mutual respect. We’ve both been in each other’s shoes navigating the madness, I just think it’s special to be able to share a field with a guy like that and I hope there. will have many more.”

Respect.

The Broncos are now 5-4 after the loss while the Ravens improved to 6-3.
