BURLESON COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – A Victoria woman was killed last Friday evening in a single-vehicle crash in Burleson County, DPS confirms.

Police say Madeline Schaar, 27, was driving a 2014 Jeep Cherokee southbound on FM 1362 when she left the road for an unknown reason, struck several trees and overturned the vehicle.

The crash occurred south of County Road 315A.

Police say Schaar was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
