Stardew Valley fans rejoice, your chickens will no longer disappear thanks to the latest bug fix

The chickens are saved! Valley of Stars Players can hear me now, the recent spate of poultry falling victim to a nasty bug around the newly built Meadowland Farms has finally been fixed. Thank you, Mr. ConcernedApe (sole creator of Stardew Valley), for thinking of birds during these crazy times.

This wonderful news has arrived via a short and effective bug fix released today, with a PlayStation patch with the same fixes coming in the near future. The fixes include improved Russian and French translations, a few crash fixes, and of course a fix for the game’s chickens suddenly disappearing when players build Meadowlands farms.

When ConcernedApe was first informed of this bug, they let the community know via Twitter. They even provided an in-game caption to support it, that a Coyote was on the farm snatching chickens. So, when you think about it, there has never been a bug! The Coyote has been moved. Good news everywhere.

Stardew Valley, the industry giant that it is, has established itself as a home away from home for thousands of people. This remains true today, even though the sole developer responsible has largely shifted focus to a new project called Haunted Chocolatier. He said he knew there was pressure for the game to be released.but shares our own opinion that it’s better to take your time and make sure the game is great, rather than rushing it.

The bar has to be high, especially given the popularity of Stardew Valley. Despite this, it’s nice to see that even though the focus is on the future, it still takes time to update and improve Stardew Valley. If you haven’t gotten into it yet, it’s worth playing. A true classic, really. Trendy and incredibly morish.
