Victoria Beckham received Harper’s Bazaar’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for her success in the fashion industry.

However, the award became even more special as her youngest daughter, Harper, 13, was called upon to present the honor to her mother.

The award celebrated the former Spice Girl member’s “innovation and dedication to the British and global fashion industry” presented on Tuesday 5 November at the Claridge Hotel in London.

Sharing the sweet family moment on stage, Victoria, 50, told her daughter: “I’m so, so proud of you.”

“I mean, going on stage in front of a room full of people is scary and you did it with such poise and elegance.”

The fashion icon wore an ivory silk pantsuit for the glamorous occasion, while Harper sported an elegant silk dress in similar hues.

In the interview ahead of the ceremony, Victoria revealed her retirement plans to Harper’s Bazaar as she turns 50, admitting she will pass the baton to her daughter Harper.

The mother of four shared that fame was fun at first, but her priorities changed as she got older.

“I’ve been doing this for too long. I guess I did when I was a kid, but these days there’s too much going on; too busy; too many children to worry about. I woke up at 50 and I didn’t care.

It comes after it was reported that Victoria and David Beckham were considering launching their daughter Harper into the industry with a secret multi-million pound career.
