A 66-year-old man has died after being struck by a driver who fled the scene in Surrey.

Police are looking for witnesses or anyone with information, including dash cam footage, to come forward.

First responders were called to Highway 15 and 26th Avenue on November 7 at 5:30 p.m. for a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.

The suspect was driving southbound on 176th Street (Highway 15) when he struck the man. The driver did not stay there.

The Surrey RCMP Criminal Collision Investigation Team is investigating the hit and run.
