Expect Lots of Sun and a Little Rain This Weekend in Binghamton: Forecast

With the calendar just over a week away from November, you may be thinking about getting a head start on your Christmas shopping or preparing to decorate your home for Thanksgiving, and this weekend might be the perfect weekend to start.

National Weather Service Binghamton Meteorologist Danielle Knittle said this weekend “looks dry” and will bring “a good amount of sunshine.” Knittle further said that while we are seeing cooler temperatures this weekend, they are still “several degrees above average” for this time of year.

Friday the high temperature will be 60 degrees, Saturday it will be 50 degrees and Sunday it will be 54 degrees.

Here’s a look at the weather forecast for this weekend in Binghamton.

Weather in Binghamton this Friday

Friday morning and afternoon are expected to be sunny with highs of 60 degrees, but Knittle explained the area will have “a little breeze” and “a few gusts of wind.”

Friday night there is a 20% chance of showers before 1 a.m., with a low around 34 degrees.

Saturday’s weather in Binghamton

Saturday afternoon is expected to “keep sunny,” according to Knittle, but we’ll see cooler temperatures, with a high of 50 degrees.

Saturday evening is expected to be partly cloudy with a minimum temperature of 32 degrees.

Weather in Binghamton this Sunday

Sunday morning may start off as a dry day, but there is a 50% chance of showers after 1 p.m., with a high of 54 degrees.

Sunday night sees an increasing chance of rain, with 80% before 1 a.m. and a low around 45 degrees.
