Aaron Rodgers identifies Jets’ biggest obstacle: ‘It’s us against us’

Things are going from bad to worse for the New York Jets, and after an ugly loss to the Arizona Cardinals this weekend, Aaron Rodgers sees that the bigger problem is, well, the New York Jets.

During his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Rodgers said he believes the Jets’ biggest opponent has been “us”.

“We’ve actually had some really good weeks of training – the product hasn’t always been great – but I feel like the last three weeks have been the best three weeks of training that we had. Nobody, I don’t feel On offense, we felt like we were going to score six points,” he said.

“I often feel like it’s us against us. We’re kind of playing against ourselves, and if we’re not wrong, we can be a dynamic offense. But unfortunately, too often, we’ve been the best. the ones who screw things up.”

Defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich was promoted to head coach by interim and Todd Downing began calling offensive plays. But instead of breathing new life into the team, the shakeup seemingly had no impact; Some may say their situation is worse.

The Jets appear to be running out of answers and will soon have no chance of making a playoff push. For Rodgers, the solution is simple.

“A lot of times it’s just about doing the little things. It’s the little things that add up to the big things.”
