For a mailbag released Wednesday, NFL Insider Connor Hughes from SNY discussed what the 2-8 Giants might need to accomplish in Week 18 for Mara to return with Schoen and Daboll.

It is possible that Daboll does not care about injury guarantee committed to Jones’ contract and will do whatever he deems necessary in his quest for three wins in seven games. Then again, Daboll benching Jones could be a sign that Mara has ensured that everyone involved stays put at least until the start of the 2025 campaign.
