A man identified as Osofo Frimpong was in tears after being arrested at the behest of Prophet Adom Kyei Duah, founder and leader of the Believers Worship Center.

Reports indicate that Osofo Frimpong was arrested for insulting Prophet Adom Kyei Duah over selling spiritual items to church members.

In a video seen by GhanaWeb, a tearful Osofo Frimpong is shown handcuffed, flanked by two policemen armed with rifles in the backseat of a car.

“Dad, I beg you in the name of God. Prophet Adom Kyei, forgive me. I won’t do that anymore. I won’t speak ill of you anymore. Forgive me, your son and servant,” pleaded Pastor Frimpong through tears.

Prophet Adom Kyei Duah became known for provoking the arrest of individuals who questioned his credibility or defamed him. Some of his critics, including pastors and entertainment figures, are currently on trial following their arrest.
