CBIC extends due date for filing GSTR-3B to October by one day in Maharashtra, Jharkhand

The CBIC has extended GST taxpayers in Maharashtra and Jharkhand by one day to November 21 to file GSTR3B and pay taxes for the month of October.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on Monday extended by one day to November 21 the deadline for GST taxpayers from Maharashtra and Jharkhand to file GSTR-3B and pay taxes for October .

“The government, with the approval of the GST Implementation Committee (GIC), has decided to extend the due date for filing Form GSTR-3B to the month of October 2024 for registered persons having their principal place of business in the said States from 2O.11.2024 to 21.11.2024,” the CBIC said.
