Bundle up! Frost warning issued for northeast Clark County

An overnight cold front is dropping temperatures across southern Nevada. In some cities, the temperature will drop to 26 degrees this evening and a Freeze warning was issued for parts of northeast Clark County, including Moapa, Mesquite and Overton. This will be in effect from midnight to 8 a.m. Tuesday and when temperatures drop to this level, it’s a good reminder to make sure pets come indoors, outdoor plants are covered and your sprinklers are turned off this evening.

Tonight's low temperatures

KTNV

Low temperatures overnight prompted a freeze warning in northeast Clark County.

Due to this low pressure, temperatures will only reach the mid 50s tomorrow in Las Vegas. We will see low humidity and partly cloudy skies with this system.

This is just a temporary cooldown, we will have high pressure in the mix on Wednesday and our temperatures will return to the upper 60s and lower 70s by the weekend.
