Juventus and Save the Children, a big surprise for the children of Punto Luce!

As we approach World Children’s Day on November 20 and the 10th anniversary of the creation of Save the Children’s Punto Luce, the link between Juventus and the organization, which has been fighting for more than 100 years to save children in danger and secure their future, has tightened. been further strengthened.

This connection is visually evident on every Juventus match day, with the organization’s logo printed on the Juventus jersey, and Save the Children’s Punto Luce association, in the Le Vallette district of Turin, continues its good job with the support and contribution of Juventus.

The Center supports children and families in economically and socially difficult conditions, providing assistance in various ways, including literature, art and music workshops, providing access to new technologies, sports activities and motor, among others.

Juventus has always supported young people, as evidenced by the club’s daily commitment to the development of its youth sector, and on Monday afternoon they wanted to offer a special surprise to the children of Punto Luce, Via Fiesole.

Afternoon at “Punto Luce”

After the arrival of Juventus CEO Maurizio Scanavino and Save the Children’s director of branding, marketing and fundraising Giancarla Pancione, the educators began to explain to the children the activity planned for the day where, to the surprise of the young people present, the players of the first team of Juventus, Vasilije Adzic. , Michele Di Gregorio, Nicolo Fagioli, Nico Gonzalez, Pierre Kalulu and Carlo Pinsoglio entered the room.

The initial and understandable shock quickly gave way to euphoria and so, after being divided into groups with the players, the children wrote down their thoughts on the importance of Save the Children’s Punto Luce in helping them realize their dreams , using fruit-shaped stickers, which were then hung on a large sheet. The leaves were then autographed by the players and assembled to form a large tree.

It was perfect teamwork that gave the girls and boys of the Le Vallette neighborhood a dose of enthusiasm and optimism and highlighted, once again, the value of the partnership between Juventus and Save the Children.
