We recently asked our listeners what questionable health claims they’ve seen in their social media feeds or spread by friends and family. Unsurprisingly, we received a ton of questions about nutrition, including: Is seed oil bad for you? Does apple cider vinegar really lower blood sugar? What is the difference between processed and ultra-processed foods?

To answer these questions and more, SciFri producer Kathleen Davis speaks with RDN Jessica Clifford, a nutrition specialist in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University.
