Tips for supporters

Please be sure to read Villa 24/25 Away Supporter Information Pack.

Supporters are reminded to stay off the pitch at all times. The perpetrators could be prosecuted.

For the safety of all fans, it is illegal to use flares, flash bangs and other pyrotechnics in the stadium.

Smoking or using electronic cigarettes is prohibited on the stadium campus.

Please ensure walkways and walkways remain free of obstructions at all times.

Although the club is not aware of any disruption on Wednesday evening, supporters are advised to check their trips before travelingand leave on time.

Ticket details

Tickets for this match are sold out.

All tickets for this match will be available in a digital download ticket on your Apple or Google Wallet..

Each ticket will be emailed to each individual ticket holder. Tickets will be sent in two installments: the first on Friday November 15 and the second on Friday November 22.

If you are unable to use digital tickets, please email [email protected] with the details of your purchase, requesting to collect your tickets at Villa Park.

Supporters must have a Season Ticket, Season Ticket+ or Season Ticket to purchase away matches. Members can enjoy a range of benefits, including priority access to tickets for selected members. Grab yours here!

The Visitor Ticket Office is located on Witton Lane, opposite the outdoor coach park. This will close just after kick-off.

Turnstile Entrance

The Villa Park away supporters section is located in the north-east corner of the Doug Ellis Stand. The allocation is divided into two zones:

Tickets marked Doug Ellis Upper P – use turnstiles P87, P88, P88A and P89 for the upper level. From the ground floor, several flights of stairs lead to the upper hall (64 steps in total).

Doug Ellis Lower Q – use turnstiles Q91 to Q96B for the lower level.

If you arrive after kick-off, turnstiles Q96 and/or P89 will remain open until the start of the second half.
