News Center 7 first reported on Unregulated LTD Friday.

Since then, we have confirmed that residents in Kettering, Dayton, Vandalia, New Carlisle and Riverside have filed complaints with police and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

On Kay Court in Riverside, three neighbors struck a deal with a contractor named Aaron Mangum-Cox, owner of Unregulated LTD.

They say Aaron went out and tore down their fence, but didn’t replace it with a new one.

Neighbors told Aaron they would drop the police report if the work could be completed by November 8. It is unclear whether Aaron responded to this email.
