Art collector Shalini Passi‘s chic naivety made her something of a social media sensation after the Netflix show Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives Season 3 created in October. While she wonders what a ‘vada pao’ is, refusing to take part in the gossip lest it damage her skin, Shalini confesses that she leads a disciplined Ayurvedic life. Shalini Passi’s Diet and Workout Secrets

Shalini says, “I consume raw food only till 6 p.m. I have dinner at 7 p.m. and it has to be homemade. I don’t eat out and if I have a social engagement, I make sure I have some ‘ghar ka khana (home cooked food)’ before I leave.

She further reveals that she consumes a dose of ghee early in the morning, and plant-based liquids and juices make up a large part of his diet. Shalini says, “I don’t take anything that comes in a bottle or can. I only consume natural products that help build collagen.

Apart from the diet, she devotes two hours of training per day. Shalini says, “4 p.m. to 6 p.m. is my workout time. I do Pilates and dance, and no one and nothing bothers me then.

Ayurveda has recognized Ghee, a form of clarified butter, as a medicinal food for centuries. Over the past few years, this Indian superfood has been making waves across the world, not only for its distinctive flavor and taste, but also for its health benefits.
