There will be six games on the ice today, including a few in the afternoon of the Global Series which will take place in Finland.

The stacks continue to pile up, as betting on teammates on point instead of a single skater has proven very profitable over the past couple of weeks. That doesn’t change today, as I’m taking a pair of rugs and my favorite accessory to Finland.

Prop Bet #1: Miro Heiskanen Over 0.5 assists

The NHL is in Finland for the Global Series this afternoon, and the Finns are getting a great matchup between the Stars and Panthers. The final series in Prague featured two teams that had barely played in preseason, and the play on the ice manifested itself in sloppy hockey. This series could be different.

Miro Heiskanen is a guy I’m targeting today, thanks to long minutes near 26 per game and a recent offensive streak coming into this game. The Dallas D-man has three assists in his last two games and should get plenty of PP time with a 4-for-8 power play in his last two games.

There is always a chance that the Finns participating in this match will gain an advantage within a few minutes, given that their friends and family will be present. Heiskanen started the season cold but is heating up, and a game in his homeland is a great time to keep the offensive momentum going.

Prop bet #2: Kyle Connor + Gabe Vilardi Over 0.5 points

No hockey player is sexier than Winnipeg’s Kyle Connorwho recorded a point in each of his 10 games and who scored multiple points in four consecutive games. The Winnipeg Jets boast that they are the #1 offense in hockey thanks to him with 4.6 goals per game, and I love scoring in tonight’s game against the Blue Jackets.

Columbus can also score points tonight, with Eric Comrie in net while also possessing the #7 offense in hockey. If the BJs manage to keep Winnipeg’s offense engaged, Connor will find the scoresheet with no problem, and his winger, Gabe Vilardiwill be there as they play all their shifts together.

Mark Scheifele’s point total has reached 1.5, so he’s harder to stack with Connor, who should have a 1.5 point total for tonight’s game. Even with a 6.0 total, this game could be a shootout. Stack them.

Prop Bet #3: Josh Norris + Drake Batherson Over 0.5 points

The Ottawa Senators may be +160 tonight against the Rangers, but this team can score. The offense has 25 goals in its last five games and has scored at least four in each of them despite going 3-2 SU.

Yes, the Rangers have Igor Shesterkin, but this is a New York team that relies too much on goaltending and still ranks 30th in expected goals allowed/60 across the board.

The Norris/Batherson/Giroux trio has been incredible this year for the Senators, but only Josh Norris And Drake Batherson are stackable because they play together at 5v5 and on the first power play unit. The pair have 20 points in 10 games and have reached that stack in four of the last five games, with Batherson collecting nine points alone during that stretch – seven at even strength.

The Stackers get a good price from this matchup, but don’t let that fool you: Ottawa can score tonight.
