Being disciplined takes immense work in an age of constant distractions: beeps, notifications, and new Netflix shows to binge on. So, actually commit to doing something – and then do the real thing – is a rarity these days.

But the benefits of living a disciplined life are many: a sense of accomplishment, a sense of responsibility, and being the type of person who is consistent, reliable, and dependable.
