The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is all set to announce the seat allotment results for the AP Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) board 2024. Candidates registered for the admission to LLB programs can download the seat allotment list from the official website of APSCHE at lawcetsche.aptonline.in.

According to the counseling schedule, students who are allotted a seat have to report to their designated institutes between November 4 and 7. The allotment list will include the names of the candidates along with their ranks. During the qualifying period, applicants are required to pay all applicable tuition fees and submit original certificates for verification. Those who refuse the places offered will have to participate in the following round of counseling. Allocation of seats will be based on the candidates’ results in the entrance exam and the web options submitted by them.

AP LAWCET 2024: How to check the result of 2024 seat allocation?

Step 1. Go to the official AP LAWCET counseling website at lawcet-sche.aptonline.in.

Step 2. On the home page, search for “AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment”. Link.

Step 3. To check your result, log in with your login details.

Step 4. The seat allocation result will now be displayed on your screen.

Step 5. Check your result, download the PDF and print the assignment result for future use.

During the AP LAWCET 2024 seat allocation process, candidates will have three options to choose from Freeze, Float, and Slide.

Freeze: Select this option if you are satisfied with the assigned seat and do not want to participate in further assignment rounds. By choosing Freeze, you accept the current seat and waive the possibility of being considered for other seats.

Float: Choosing the Float option allows you to accept your current seat while still being eligible for better options in subsequent rounds. If a more advantageous seat becomes available, you may be upgraded.

Slide: This option is similar to Float but is specifically aimed at applicants who wish to retain their assigned place whilst being considered for a different course at the same university. If a place becomes available in a preferred subject at your current college, you could be promoted.
