The fastest way to farm candy in Destiny 2

Although you might think that doing long activities might give you the best rewards, that’s not true. The most effective way to crush candy is through public events.

Don’t forget to wear your mask!

In particular, Heroic Public Events will distribute 185 candies per achievement. Guards generally prefer public events because they are extremely quick to complete, more so than strikes or other activities.

Specifically, try to complete the European Dead Zone Public Events, as they are the shortest and easiest to complete, even on Heroic.

Another recommendation is not to exhaust yourself doing just one activity. While Public Events are definitely the quickest way to earn candy in Destiny 2, you may want to mix up the content you tackle.

For example, a series of Altars of Sorrow will distribute almost 300 candies, making it a more fun albeit slower method. Don’t forget bonuses to maximize your working time either.

If you want to throw a few strikes, don’t hesitate, because you will also get between 300 and 400 per achievement. As you can see, candy won’t be hard to find.
