MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Rosneft’s board of directors will discuss the recommendation on the amount of interim dividends at its meeting on November 8, the Russian oil major said.

Also on the agenda is the convening of an extraordinary general meeting of Rosneft shareholders, approval of its agenda and decisions related to its preparation and holding.

Rosneft traditionally pays interim dividends based on profits earned for six months. According to the dividend policy, the oil major pays dividends twice a year and allocates them 50% of the net profit according to international financial reporting standards.
