A sick Magaluf holidaymaker has been filmed telling a woman that “being 15 doesn’t count as a holiday”.

The footage shows the man joking that he wanted to inspect her hymen after learning she was not old enough to consent.

The shocking explosion was filmed by undercover journalists Ellie Flynn and Emily Birtley for Channel 4 documentary ‘Magaluf Undercover: Predators and Parties’.

The two men carried uncovered cameras to expose the predatory underbelly of Mallorca’s tourist hotspot, located in the Spanish region with the highest rate of reported sexual offenses.

To show how widespread this situation is, the two men visited the infamous Punta Ballena “party strip,” where they pretended to be drunk to see if the men would try to take advantage.

In one case, they were talking to two men outside a hotel bar when Emily, who is really in her 20s, said she was only 15 and on her first vacation with friends.

One of the men started hitting on Emily, prompting his friend to call him “casual.”

He immediately replied: “It’s okay bro, we’re on vacation, it doesn’t count… it doesn’t matter that she’s 15, it doesn’t count.”

He then said, “If she has a complete hymen, I will know…”

He initially tried to play with it, but then doubled down, stating, “I said, I want to see if she has a fully developed hymen or not.”

This shocking incident was just one of many Ellie and Emily endured during the three days of filming.

In another, some men attacked Ellie while she pretended to pass out on a lounge chairforcing her to call security to escape.

In the clip, a man can be seen walking towards her while she has her face buried in her hands.

‘Hey, are you okay? Sorry, are you okay?’ he asks.

The reporter told her she was fine, but instead of leaving her, he asked her if she wanted to “talk a little.”

The interaction takes a dark turn when Ellie shakes her head no, to which the man responds, “You’re my last chance.” Do you want to kiss a little?

Ellie says no again, and after walking away, he tells a friend, “She’s totally drunk,” to which he responds, “Let’s go!” Let’s go.

“If you want, I can keep you company,” the friend said after walking over to Ellie and sitting next to her on the lounge chair. “Where are you from?” he asked.

Feeling “genuinely scared,” Ellie calls for help and a security guard rushes over.

“I had seen the first two together, but the sudden appearance of another and not knowing at the time if they were together was enough for me to signal security to take me out ” she said afterwards.

Ellie also described experiencing “an orchestrated attempt to single-handedly target drunk women on a night out in Magaluf”.

She was observed for 10 minutes by a group of men as she sat slumped outside a fast food restaurant before one of them told her he had a car.

“Why would this man, who has been watching me for several minutes and sees that I am apparently drunk, try to get me into a vehicle,” she wrote in The Sun.

“He repeatedly asked me why I was alone, where my friends were and suggested he could help me – all the while telling me I was beautiful and standing much closer than I did. ‘was comfortable.’

During the investigation, the two men – accompanied by a film crew – secretly filmed in clubs, on the Strip and on the beach in Magaluf after dark.

The documentary also reveals that 48 cases of rape were reported to Magaluf police in 2023 alone.

These included a British tourist who was allegedly raped by a man twice her age over the summer.

Another British woman was raped and robbed on a beach after becoming separated from her friends in the party area of Punta Ballena in the seaside resort.
