The entrepreneur took his family to extend their condolences and offer words of comfort during this dark visit.

Thuranira described the evening as deeply moving, lamenting the loss of a talented young soul whose presence had inspired many.

He added that losing someone as hardworking and creative as the artist is one of the most painful experiences for a community.

Reflecting on the meaning of life and the impact of Gatwiri’s passing, Thuranira shared:

“It is better to go to a house of mourning than to go to a house of feasting, for death is everyone’s destiny; the living should take this to heart.

During his visit, Thuranira expressed the community’s commitment to supporting the family through prayer and companionship.

“As a community, we will continue to pray for the family that God Almighty will give them the strength to overcome these difficult times,” he said.

When Gatwiri died, Thuranira revealed that he found it difficult to come to terms with the sudden loss.

He has been praised as a true light to reckon with for the younger generations because of his incredible talent, discipline and hard work.

“She truly represented the Meru community on the Kenyan stage. May God comfort her family, friends, fans and the entire entertainment industry during this difficult time,” he wrote on X.

Affectionately nicknamed “Tabs,” Gatwiri has been celebrated for her engaging content and dedication to uplifting others, especially young people.

Everything stopped when she was found dead at her home, a few days after complaining of feeling unwell.

His death left a deep void among his family, friends and followers, triggering an outpouring of support and sympathy for his loved ones.

Gatwiri’s body is currently at Kenyatta University Mortuary as his family works on plans for his burial.

In the days following Gatwiri’s death, fans and fellow content creators came together to honor his legacy.

Many took to social media to share memories of his kindness, determination and impact.

The overwhelming feeling was one of gratitude for his life and sorrow for his passing.
