With the holiday season quickly approaching, Titletown is gearing up to celebrate with the Winter Jubilee Warm Up, presented by EUA and Shopko Optical, Friday November 29 and Saturday November 30.

The festivities will feature activities for all ages to get into the holiday spirit and will serve as a kickoff to winter programming in Titletown, with Titletown Winter Jubilee events that will take place over the coming months.

THE Winter Jubilee Warm-Up will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, November 29, when ice skating at Hy-Vee Plaza opens for the day, with Grinch Skate from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. At 4 p.m., Santa will make an appearance at Titletown to a special bell ceremony to kick off the night’s festivities. Several fire pits will be lit at the Hy-Vee Plaza and Terrapin Beer Garden, and visitors will be able to enjoy drinks served fireside. Live music, festive photo ops with live reindeer, horse-drawn carriage rides and more will also begin at 4 p.m. Guests who would like to visit Santa while enjoying cookies and hot chocolate should register for the online Santa Workshop at titletown.com.

On November 29, the Winter Jubilee Light Show presented by EUA and Shopko Optical will debut at 6 p.m. This programming will continue most Fridays and Saturdays with increasing broadcast times later in December. The family-friendly display is projected onto the west exterior of Lambeau Field, off Ridge Road, and will feature a dazzling mix of holiday-themed lights and entertainment, music, special effects and fireworks . The day will end Friday at 10 p.m. and resume Saturday at 10 a.m., with skating and other holiday activities throughout the day. Additional fireplaces will be relit to keep everyone warm and cozy. Throughout the month of December, community members and visitors are invited to participate in the holiday celebrations in Titletown with the opportunity to visit Santa through Santa’s Workshop, Santa Skate and Santa Claws and Paws, a chance for pets to have their photo taken with Santa. Families can also enjoy Characters on Ice every Tuesday from December 3-17, with a new holiday character visiting Hy-Vee Plaza each week from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Various other events such as Grinch Takeover, Carriage Rides and Holiday themed quizzes will be held throughout the month. Titletown’s Winter Jubilee will last beyond the holiday season, with programming and events planned throughout the winter months, featuring fitness classes, outdoor activities and special themed evenings on ice skating and tubing which will be announced in the near future. Ariens Hill will open its doors to tubing in the coming weeks, once weather conditions are favorable for snowmaking.
