Philadelphia DA issues stark warning about voter intimidation

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner issued a warning to anyone thinking of interfering in Election Day activities.

At a news conference Monday, Krasner highlighted the Election Task Force’s voter protection efforts in the lead-up to Election Day.

“We are here on a very important day before a very important election. We are here more than anything to talk about protecting an election, making sure that the election that takes place tomorrow is free. It will be fair and be definitive,” Krasner said.

Krasner said they do not have “deep and abiding fears or concerns” about safety and reassured the community that when they rise vote tomorrow, they would be protected.
