Whether you plan to celebrate or commiserate, tonight’s U.S. national election is bound to stir strong feelings, even among those of us north of the border. If watching the political drama unfold with a crowd sounds like the right move for you, we’ve rounded up a few local spots where you can catch every gripping, poll-defining moment starting at 5 p.m.

Don’t panic (alone) Rio Theater

Join host Charlie Demers and an audience ready to laugh, groan and maybe a few exasperated sighs as the Rio Theater screens the presidential election showdown between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, complete with a big screen, a cozy bar and plenty of seats.

Tickets: $5, available here

Watch every tense moment of election coverage on The American, where it will be broadcast live on big screens with full sound. And if the results get a little hard to swallow, Downlow Burgers will be there to help soften the blow.
