Business professionals explore faith in work at Fargo’s Faith Forward event – InForum

FARGO — Nearly 400 local business professionals are spending two days learning how to integrate faith into their work.

They are participating in Light Consulting’s first Faith Forward conference at Hope Lutheran Church in south Fargo.

Founder Sarah West says it took almost two years to plan the event.

On Thursday, November 7, eight breakout sessions took place led by local leaders and the keynote speakers were Dr. Henry Cloud and Nick Hall, who covered topics on conflict management, leading people and pursuing success. your dreams, both at work and in life.

“We hope that as people lose contact and community and we no longer have to go to church on Sunday, we can experience that in our daily lives, at work and at home,” West said.

Friday’s session will begin with a worship workshop and conclude with a panel discussion on wisdom.
