In his caption, Nick wrote: “I struggle to stay motivated in my work weight loss journey? Me too. I built a plan for myself that didn’t require motivation, and it caused me to lose 110 pounds.

He said in the video: “When I was fat as f*** in 2019, I wish someone would literally tell me, step by step, how to lose weight even when you’re not motivated. But no one did it. So, I had to figure it all out on my own, and it was a lot harder for me than it should be for you.

You don’t need to be motivated before doing it.

Step 2: Take a video of yourself

Nick added: “No. The second is to take out your phone and take a video of yourself saying that you’re not motivated enough to do the thing. Step 3: Recognize that motivation comes and goes

Nick then said, “Number 3 is recognizing that that’s really what you do when you’re not motivated. No one is motivated all the time. If I only made healthy choices when I If you were motivated, I’d still be fat. Motivation comes and goes. So if you can only make healthy choices when you’re motivated, just realize that it’s not sustainable in itself and you’ll end up. by losing some of that motivation and probably gaining weight again.
