Nova Scotia News: Macdonald Bridge Reopens

The Macdonald Bridge has reopened after being closed overnight due to damaged crane nearby.

Halifax Harbor Bridges said in an article on X that the bridge reopened to traffic around 5:30 a.m. Friday.

Halifax Regional Police was assisting the Department of Labor with the damaged crane in the Faulkner Street area on Thursday.

Police said homes on Faulkner Street were evacuated until a collar to remove the crane was installed.
