Mike Davis Letitia James: ‘You’ll put your fat ass in jail’: Donald Trump ally’s warning to New York’s Letitia James

New York Attorney General Letitia James has threatened to fight President-elect Donald Trump using the rule of law and said her office has been preparing for months to counter Trump’s rise to power. Donald Trump’s ally Mike Davis who could become a White House lawyer has now openly threatened James and said the Trump administration would put her in jail for conspiring against rights.
In a Benny Johnson podcast, he said: “I challenge you to try to continue your legal fight against President Trump in his second term…Listen to me, honey, we’re not kidding this time- this and we’ll put your fat to the test.” * in prison for conspiracy against rights.”
Davis advised James to “think long and hard” before potentially violating the “constitutional rights of the president-elect or the constitutional rights of any other American.”
James ordered Trump to post $454 million bail earlier this year in a civil fraud case and accused Trump of overinflating the value of his assets to get better loans. Trump later appealed the decision. After his election victory on Tuesday, James and New York Governor Kathy Hochul vowed to fight any potential “retaliations.”
James spoke at a news conference Wednesday and assured New Yorkers that his department had studied the Republican administration’s plans under Trump and was prepared to fight legally for any eventuality. “Now is not the time to be afraid, New York. But to be faithful. And steadfast. Knowing that as your Attorney General, along with my entire team, we are the guardians of the law. And we are ready, my friends, to fight back,” James said.

“Drag the dead political bodies of the Democrats and burn them”

Mike Davis shared a violent post on November 6 in which he said his mood was to drag the dead political bodies of Democrats into the streets, burn them and then throw them off the wall. Trump privately proposed Davis’ name for attorney general, according to the Washington Post, and publicly praised Davis in October when he touted him for a top job in his second administration.
Mike Davis, however, said he did not want to become White House counsel and “wants to serve as viceroy.”
