Donald Trump has sparked a left-wing lovers’ meltdown – it’s joyful | United States | News

It’s been joyous this week to see the outrage and complacency of the cultural elites and those Luvvie left-wing pundits here in Britain who still can’t believe Trump is going to the White House.

They literally can’t contain themselves. Some shout and curse “Donald the Devil”. Others are crying all over social media about how heartbroken they are. Others were crying in the streets. There were tearful discussions about “dark dawns” and “fascist processes” – all because the Bad Orange Man is now president.

Leftie’s humorless radio presenter James O’Brien shouted on air: “What the hell is this?” And Guardian newspaper boss Kath Viner took the hysteria to a new level by sending her traumatized staff an email offering “free support services”, signaling that it might be SHE who needs support – and not necessarily because of Trump’s election.

Left-wing loudmouth Carol Vorderman made a fool of herself again after spending the week shouting that millions of women were going to vote for Harris. And yes, they voted – but for Trump!

The sneering Alastair Campbell, who arrogantly fancies himself having a firm grasp of American politics, has been shouting all week that Harris is “unstoppable” and that Trump is “floundering.”

Yet just hours later, the “struggling” Trump was declared president with a majority of FIVE MILLION and did not lose a single state to the woman who must be THE worst presidential candidate in history.

So what does this say about the know-it-all Campbell’s political acumen and judgment? It is clearly stated that he has neither.

Then there was Rory Stewart, ex-conservative. How stupid must he feel now? Not only did he bet heavily on Harris winning, but he spent the days leading up to the election telling us all, “She will win comfortably.”

Then, just to confirm his complete incomprehension of this election, he proclaimed: “Ignore the polls. Journalists would like the US elections to appear as close as possible because it suits their appetite for suspense.”

And there you have it, proof that he too knew and understood nothing.

Best of all was sanctimonious Emily Maitlis, whose hatred of Trump is so visceral that she lost the plot on Channel 4’s Election special and swore at him live on air and had to be removed from the series.

But what’s truly hilarious – and shows how clueless and out of touch all these idiots are – is that the prospect of a Trump victory never even entered their little minds – not for a single second . In their smug, sanctimonious minds, they believed the moral majority would never vote for Trump.

They had already decided that women wouldn’t do it. Neither do ethnic minorities. But guess what: both made it to millions.

But actually it’s funny. Because Maitlis sees herself as an elegant political intelligence who brings “Truth” to the nation when she has no such thing. She’s a belligerent, belligerent leftist who is incapable of hiding her political biases, even when it’s her job to do so.

And if anyone dares to disagree with her fanatical worldview, she insults them – which is not the behavior of a professional TV presenter.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, even had the courage to say after the result: “It’s a reminder to everyone that London is for everyone.”

He was trying to make the point that London was a diverse city, clearly not understanding that the people who voted for Trump were from ethnic minorities.

But what Trump’s election has shown is that left-wing elites, pundits and presenters, here and in the United States, really have no idea who they are talking to – normal, hard-working people. They think THEIR beliefs are moral and those who disagree are considered far-right gurus who should be ignored.

It is Brexit again – elites imagining they have the right to lecture the rest of us (the plebs) about what we should think, feel, and even how we should vote. This is why the American experts were wrong and this is why those here made complete fools of themselves.

They all live in their little left-wing bubble thinking they have all the answers – and the rest of us are all stupid. It’s usually those on the left (who are invariably well-off) who think they can tell hard-working people who worry about how they’re going to pay their energy bills, feed the family, and fill up the car, that the things they should really be worried about are trans rights, the race to net zero and diversity.

All of these things were high on Harris’ political agenda – and look what was America’s response? Harris has rightly paid the price for insulting millions of skinny Americans who care about none of this. What affects their lives is immigration and the economy, and she has nothing to say about that either.

American experts don’t understand this. Neither do these. And they never will. They will learn nothing from it – their ingrained prejudices will not allow them to.

And all of their spectacularly inaccurate predictions this week, their dogma and their unwavering belief that Trump will never return to the White House must surely call into question their credentials, their judgment and their worth.

Because most right-thinking people can understand exactly why Trump snatched the presidency. He may not be a nice man, he may be a sexist bully, and he’s certainly a convicted felon, but right now the American people need a strong leader – a leader who will take care of him at home and who will protect him more and more in our country. volatile world.

But the luvvies and leftists can’t understand that through their bigoted little heads. For them, gender politics will always be more important than world peace.
