Who would walk away from a deal for a 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills? Perhaps those who know about this particular house are being sold on Sean “Diddy” Combs, the man accused of running a sex trafficking ring out of this location. Sources say potential buyers are scared by the place.

The European-style mansion sits on 1.5 acres of land including a luxurious swimming pool, a 35-person theater, and a cave accessible via an underground tunnel (kind of scary), according to Curbé. Other amenities include a two-story guesthouse, a spa with a built-in beauty salon, a basketball court, and everything a celebrity would put in their home to avoid having to leave it.

However, last March, agents from the Department of Homeland Security conducted a raid from the house following a series of civil lawsuits against Combs, accusing him of sex trafficking and other egregious sex crimes. Federal authorities revealed at a news conference that agents discovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil among a multitude of home recording devices.

By September, the property was listed on the market at $61.5 million. A week later, the mogul was arrested on federal sex crimes charges.

According to TMZpotential buyers are few in number. A married couple told the outlet they saw the house and were “scared,” rushing to leave the property. Another source said the mansion’s POS had an “ick factor” given that the place was allegedly the scene of various sexual assaults and other debauchery. A real estate agent said TMZapart from the case of Combs, the asking price is wayyy more than the place is worth. Bordered reported that Combs originally purchased the place for $39 million in 2014.

Ongoing federal case against Combs

On Monday September 16, the 54-year-old rap mogul was arrested in Manhattan by federal authorities, six months after searching his two homes in Los Angeles and Miami. His indictment was unsealed the next morning, revealing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and interstate transportation for prostitution. THE allegations against Combs include sexual abuse, physical abuse, corruption and various drug offenses.

The most notable claims come from his so-called “panic” sex partieswhere prosecutors say women and men were drugged and forced to perform sex acts at Combs’ pleasure. He was also accused of using video footage to blackmail victims into compliance.

These allegations were first made by an ex-girlfriend and Bad Boy Records signee. Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura in a civil suit that accused him of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual assault, sexual assault and other allegations. Combs quickly settled the dispute within 24 hours, but lawsuits filed by other associates quickly followed in the months that followed. Most recently, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he represents more than 100 plaintiffs who filed a complaint for rape, sexual exploitation and sexual assault against the rapper.

While many lawsuits since 2023 have been civil, this federal case places Combs facing criminal charges. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.
