5 things that must exist in you to find love and partnership for life | Lorna Poole

Some women wake up thinking about how beautiful it would be to see her handsome husband wrap his caring arms around her, be gently kissed on the forehead, and be told how beautiful she is every day. The problem is that wishing for this kind of love isn’t enough.

If you want to meet and maintain a romantic relationship with a strong, courageous man who makes you feel safe, loved and appreciated, there are some things you can start doing now, long before you even meet him. .

Here are 5 things that must exist within you to find love and a lifelong partnership

1. Open your heart to men and share your vulnerability

Susan Jeffers wrote an awesome book called Open our hearts to men. She writes that when you open your heart to men, you will see that they also suffer, that they are afraid and that they endure their struggles. So, maybe it’s time to change the way you see and look at men.

By changing your way of thinking and choosing a place of love to see the good in men. A study in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology argues that by choosing to view men in a positive light, you will indeed attract a man who is worthy of your love and joy. She talks about letting go of all that pent-up anger and frustration you feel towards men. Letting go of hurt and anger makes a difference.

2. Choose to heal

Choosing to heal can be scary, but it’s also the most fulfilling and rewarding act of self-love you can do. It’s painful to deal with the emotional tug that keeps you stuck repeated dating patterns always the same guy. It can feel like a constant battle with your inner demons.

Choose to be aware, to release, to heal, and to cry out loudly. Research by Marjaneh M Fooladi, Ph.D. shows like crying heals. Only by releasing this negative energy that is pent up inside of you and choosing to move forward can powerful change occur. Healing is progress and can be the ultimate turnaround.

3. Give love to receive love

Oh, life is so beautiful, especially the way the outside world reflects who we are deep within. OUR habits create our reality.

My friend Ann is the person to contact when you need a hug, a pick-up, or just an ear to listen. She is wonderful at this and because of these traits, her life is full of love. Her husband and children love her very much, and her family life tends to be harmonious.

The good news is that you can cultivate these traits too. If you want a man to say, “I love you every day,” you need to teach yourself to be comfortable with those words. You can start by saying to yourself morning and evening in front of the mirror: “I love you”.

Do this until your inner child has a big smile. Once you are comfortable saying the words to yourself, you will be comfortable giving and receiving those words from someone else, like explored by Dr Rebecca Hazleden. And it’s an exhilarating feeling.

4. Face your fears

“Do what you fear and the death of fear is certain.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson

Fear can have a big impact on our lives. It can dictate how our lives unfold. The death of fear is therefore a necessity. Fear of commitment, fear of rejection, fear of not being good enough. What’s holding you back?

A article in the Journal of Cognitive Therapy and Research encourages us at cChoose to let go, work with our partner to overcome our greatest fear, or find a close friend who can help us navigate to a space where we can attract someone special into our life. He will also want to be a part of it, share your concerns and concerns and see how it can bring you closer together.

5. The power of self-love

An act of kindness because you care, a bubble bath because you can, telling the man in your life “I love you very much” because you mean it. Graciously asking for what you want, saying “no” to what doesn’t serve you, and sharing a secret that no one else knows about you except you and him. Are all acts of self-love and a extremely attractive quality to the man of your desires? Love yourself and share it with everyone.

Beautiful is just as beautiful, and life gives you what you produce. So remember to heal the past, face your fears, open your heart, act with self-love, and choose to share your life with others. I promise you will be richly rewarded. And that handsome man with his arms wrapped around you may not be as far away as you initially thought.
