HAWTHORN and Brisbane face off on Sunday in what promises to be a thrilling qualifying final at Ikon Park.

They take on the Lions in a clash of master and apprentice as Craig Starcevich and Daniel Webster face off.

Webster worked as an assistant under the Lions’ two-time AFLW premiership coach before taking charge of the Hawks.

Behind minor premiership North Melbourne, Hawthorn and Brisbane were the next best performing teams this season.

After qualifying for their first finals series, Port Adelaide host Richmond at Alberton Oval on Sunday.

The Power enter the matchup on a six-game winning streak.

However, Port’s last loss came in week five, when they traveled to Ikon Park but fell to the Tigers by 21 points.

Richmond are back in the final for the first time since their straight-set exit in 2022 (season seven).

Alberton will undoubtedly be in top form on Sunday afternoon and will be treated to a close and tense battle.
